Apartment Saint Michel

Located in the Latin Quarter, just a few steps from Notre Dame Cathedral and Sorbonne University, a few minutes walk from Louvre Museum, Luxembourg Garden and all other important monuments and major sightseeings of Paris.

The apartment has been recently renovated with two rooms ;ground floor, big bathroom and toilet, very nicely and elegantly furnished ,American kitchen, fridge, washing machine ,internet connection, linen and towels included with free cleaning service (one time a week),TV with many channels. We welcome you in the Latin Quarter, the very heart of France's capital city.

A 4th person is possible (If child is less than 12 years old then it's free, if more than 12 years old it's25 euros per day)

Minimum stay is 5 NIGHTS.

For the balance on arrival:
You can pay only with certified French checks (Euros or $), or cash.
If you wish to pay in USD, the exchange rate will be between the buy and sell at the time of arrival.

Security Deposit (when pick up keys): 300 euros.

Cancellation before your stay: if you cancel more than 2 weeks = free cancellation
Between 2 weeks and 1 week =
2 nights charge (minimum 100 euros) will be charged.

Less than 1 week = 100 % of your stay will be charged (minimum 200 euros).

Cancellation during your stay: You should give us at least a two weeks notice. The price will be adjusted to the new period.

Key Pick-Up: contact us and we will meet you in the apartment.
Check Out: Before 1 Pm at your apartment for inventory and deposit refund.
