Very helpful staff. Apparently their payment system with Bed & Breakfast World is not well that integrated, as they quoted not having directly cashed the 10% in-advance booking fee. Wether that was logged they couldn't say, but they had not received details on the credit card I used so asked me to fill in a registration form.
