This Parisian townhouse offers several beautifully-decorated studio apartments with private bathroom and kitchenette. We can cater to groups as well - you can book several rooms at the same time.
Ideally located near the Seine, between Gare de Lyon and the Bastille, our apart-hotel offers guests the opportunity to live like real Parisians, with full independence.
Each studio has a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, ceramic hob and all necessary equipment for preparing breakfast. It's a lovely way to start your day.
Linen and towels are changed regularly to improve your comfort, and we provide a room cleaning service for longer stays.
On arrival, you will be greeted by the apart-hotel's owner, who can help provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant and possible.

We're only 150 metres from Gare de Lyon station, 200 metres from the Seine river and the Jardin des Plantes, containing the botanical gardens and the zoo. We're also only a five-minute walk from Place de Bastille and the Gare d'Austerlitz. Nearby are many cinemas, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and galleries, as well as a bakery, so you can enjoy a real French breakfast quietly in your room. Only 20 metres from us is a Vélib bicycle rental station, ideal for exploring the local neighbourhood.

As we have no reception desk, you are kindly requested to contact the owner, Mr Alexandre Daniel, by either phone or email in order to indicate your arrival time so that he can prepare your welcome.
We may ask for your credit card's CVC code at any time before arrival. If the client does not provide the CVC security code within the deadlines set by the hotel and for which the customer will have been informed beforehand by email, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any other notice.
