In case of group of 3 people, extra bed is available for extra 15 EUR per night, in total 50 EUR for the room per night. In this case, after booking, you should contact with us to prepare the extra bed

SkadaVeli CONDITIONS:
- Check in: 13:00
- Check out: 11:00
- 24 Hour Reception for the guests arriving later check in time
- From 10:00 AM Reception for the guests arriving earlier check in time (to leave the luggage only)
- We provide Airport Transfer only the guests arriving later check in time and the guests arriving earlier check in time but not earlier than 9:00 AM
- Payment: on arrival day, maximum during 24 Hours, full amount, in cash only, in GEL only by the official exchange rate (EUR to GEL) on the booking day!
- Payment is non-refundable!
- We do not accept bookings from groups of more than 4 people (especially males)
- Bookings made (even under different names) for group of more than 4 persons will be canceled
- Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to stay at SkadaVeli, regardless of whether or not they are accompanied by a parent
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent to stay at SkadaVeli
- No pats are allowed At SkadaVeli
- Cancellation must occur 72 hours before the check-in date
- Cancellation/changes of the booking or part of the booking on or after arrival date will be charged 100% and payment is non-refundable
- If you are more than 3 hour late without advising us it will be presumed that you are not arriving and your booking will be canceled
- After check out (11:00 + 1 hour) All Facilities are only for the guests staying at SkadaVeli exactly on that day/night
- To leave the luggage for 1 or more nights is allowed only for the guests who are coming back to stay at SkadaVeli
- Your own guests/visitors are allowed to stay at SkadaVeli couple of hours only, during a day only
- Your own guests are not allowed to stay at SkadaVeli after 9:00 PM until 9:00 AM
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms
- No large and noisy parties and celebrations are allowed at SkadaVeli
- Guests should respect other guests and our neighbors and should be quiet, especially after 10:00 PM and after 00:00 even in the rooms
- It is not allowed to borrow / take with you towels, blankets or any other thing from SkadaVeli belongings even for the short time

SkadaVeli is located very near to the Tavisupleba (Freedom) square, in a most convenient position in Tbilisi, in a short distance to any kind of transport, however It is away of the noise of the crowds and heavy traffic.
