By car from North: Follow the highway A 8 Munich-Salzburg and leave the highway in exit Holzkirchen. Follow the B318 / B307 motorway to Tegernsee lake. By car from South: When you are coming via the Inntal and the Achenpass / the motorway B307 or the Inntal highway, follow the motorway A8 Salzburg-Munich. Take the exit Irschenberg and follow the B472 up to the Kreuzstraße. Turn left to the lake Tegernsee. From the Rail Main station in Munich you can travel every hour with the local train BOB (Bayerische Oberland Bahn) to Gmund am Tegernsee. From there you can take the local bus or a taxi.
