The location is very nice: you are near to both the Savignyplatz station for trains to the city center and the Uhlenstr station to Kreuzberg and further to the east. Also the building itself is very nice. The main/only problem of the place is that effectively we didn't have internet access. My gf's laptop never managed to connect and mine had a very shaky one.
