Nordic Charm

The holiday home is on the third floor of a Berlin typical old residential building from around the 1900s with stucco plastering. The floor plan of the apartment is great, each room is heading of from the small hall. The rooms itself are well furnished and radiating a Nordic charm.

The living room includes a big dining table which is good for six persons and a cosy TV area with a TV (cable) + DVD player and a comfortable sofa which can be turned into a sofa bed (good for 2). From the living room you can step out onto the balcony, take a seat in one of the two outdoor chairs and enjoy the end of a long day. In the bed room we provide one full-size bed (good for 2) and a bunk bed (good for 2 more). The modern kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove / oven, a microwave, a big refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a toaster, a coffee machine, tableware, pots and pans, etc. just what you need. The modern bathroom has to offer a WC, sink, shower and a towel radiator. The floor in the entire home is tiles and laminate.
 

Located Near

For groceries we recommend Lidl (just over the road) and a typical German bakery around the corner. For those who want to do some shopping, need an internet-cafe or a coin laundry the street called fondly “Resi” by the locals at the underground station is the best choice. If you are interested in taking a little stroll, just walk around the lovely Sch�fersee (shepherds lake) which you will pass also while walking to the underground station.
