Welcome to a nice, clean and well run private guest house. We intend to do our best to make your stay as easy and pleasant as possible. The location is perfect for sightseeing and work, since its located in the very heart of Berlin. Please remember to read the rest of the text about the Guest house.

We're offering mature hospitality, good quality in our interior with real beds, you'll love sleeping in. If you want to experience a relaxed however stylish alternative to a hotel we're the place with excellent prices.

Furthermore our duvets, pillows and bed linen are not of basic quality, but a standard that you are used to at home. We naturally also offer a towel and other in-room amenities.
The rooms are decorated lightly to give you more space to relax.

We also recommend that you take a look at the kitchen. We know from other guests that it's great to start the day at home with a good breakfast and a cup of coffee / tea. The kitchen is well equipped and there is space to cook, sit and enjoy your meal or maybe just talk with the other guests.
There is of course a fridge with freezer, where you can store your food and a microwave oven if you want to heat food.

As a service I'm offering a variety of tea and coffees during your stay. Hair-dryer, Iron+board, Alarm clock and German magazines are also offered. In the bathrooms you will find a selection of skincare products.

We know how important it is with the Internet of good quality. Therefore, we have equipment that offers stability and high speed (15 down / 1 up MB / room). Naturally at no extra charge.

The apartment is in a very quiet part of town. The windows are with sound isolated glass, so the sounds from the street are not in the room.

For your protection of your belongings. Each room in the apartment is equipped with individual locking.

Please accept the 'all must feel good house rules' before booking:

* Check in is after 13 and before 21. Check out is before 11.00

* No smoking indoor or out of windows.
* You can come and go as you feel like.
* On arrival you should pay with credit/debit card or cash.
* All guests must be above the age of 18 years.
* Please take of your shoes when entering the corridor.
* Inside the apartment it must be quiet at night from 22-07.
* Please lock your door when your not in the apartment.
* Leave the kitchen and bathroom in a clean condition after use.
* And most important, it's a friendly place to stay :)

Parking: Parking is done at public area for a fee directly to the city of Berlin. However, after arrival, we can of course guide to a no-charge area 600 meters away.
