The accommodation consists of fifteen beds divided into two blocks.
In total there are four studios for two persons each of which one of them can take an extra bed, one studio for three persons and one apartment for four persons.
All the rooms are nicely decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen, air-condition, TV, private bathroom/shower, safety deposit box and balcony.
Both blocks are surrounded by a beautiful garden full of colored flowers and different trees, which offer a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

Villa Stefanos is located exactly opposite of the football course of Ag.Markos area and it is approximately 250m away from the main beach of Ipsos and about 200m from the center of the area. Guests can also find tavernas and supermarket in a short distance from the accommodation, about 100m away.
