Iliovasilema, which means 'sunset' in Greek, is a traditionally decorated family-run hotel, offering simplistic Cycledean hospitality, with a Caldera view and the magic of the sunset. Minutes away from our hotel, is the Caldera beach, the only beach where you can enjoy a sunset view, in all of Santorini. On Caldera beach there is a diving school for the more adventurous! Also close to the hotel are the Red and White beaches.

Akrotiri is a small traditional village located in the southern part of. Santorini, known for its lighthouse, its old castle, and the unique ancient ruins of 1500B.C. The excavation site of ancient Akrotiri has been re-opened and is only a short distance away.

Our rooms are built with a unique traditional Cycladean architecture. We have 10 rooms ensuite/4studios with kitchen facilities, for 2 - 5 people, most with sea views on both sides! With bookings over 2 nights, transport to the hotel is free.
