The Passage Apartment Hotel building standing on the double site at the corner of Kir�ly Street and K�roly Boulevard, owned by the Orczy Family gave home to the first independent synagogue of the Hungarian Jews. It is not by chance that Kir�ly Street is one of the most beautiful areas within the renovated historical Jewish Quarter. Blocks of flats and trade houses used to stand in the place of the present day Apartman Passage, the great part of these buildings were demolished during World War II. One of the biggest Spanish real property investor groups, Fadesa Hungaria Rt. purchased none built sites in 2004.
The group actually purchased three sites which - when linked with each other - formed a passage connecting Kir�ly Street with Paulay Ede Street behind it and thus created a pleasant Mediterranean type building complex.
The Passage Apartment Hotel building gives home to apartments, an event center, catering and entertainment outlets, shops and parking lots. As a result of the project, Passage Apartment Hotel and Event Center is already open to guests and the downtown of Budapest became richer with a cultural and entertainment center offering high quality services.
Room amenities: modern, comfortable furniture; bathroom (with bath tub) and cosmetics (soap, shampoo, shower cap, hair dryer, etc. ); iron + board + clothes dryer; flat screen TV; free Internet connection; replenished mini bar upon request; terrace; more than one lifts in the building (including goods lift);
