The apartment is on the ground floor of the building. It is about 43 sqm in size with 1 room, hall, kitchen and bathroom. Room has one double bed and one double convertible sofa. One single bed more can be added.

Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and self catering. Bathroom has bathing tub with shower, sink and washing machine. Apartment has TV set with cable TV channels. There is also computer with wireless internet connection. Maximum for 5 people.

Towels, blankets and sheets are provided. At check-in you can obtain information where to buy tickets for public transportation. Free printed city maps, and other tourist brochures are available upon your arrival.

The apartment is located in main pedestrian Váci Street, view on the street from windows, ground floor. Building is cultural monument, was property of Serbian Orthodox church, in court is park and Serbian Orthodox church from 17th century. The Serbian Church (Szerb Templom) in Pest dates back to the year 1698 when there was a large serbian colony in Budapest, a moment when Europe was ravaged by the Turkish invasions.
