Overlooking the Arabian sea with a fabulous view of uninterrupted coastline and serene backwaters, Kuzhupilly Beach House is the place to live in, for people who would love to experience nature, backwaters, beaches, ample seafood, traditional Kerala village life, and friendly local people.

An ideal place to compose your music, write poetry, spend your honey-moon or just relax while you rejuvenate yourself .

Kuzhupilly Beach House has 6 En suites [bedroom with attached toilets] which could accommodate 12 people comfortably. 3 semi detached en suites in the ground floor and 3 ensuites in the 1st floor.
Each en suite would accommodate 2 adults. A study table, table lamp and chairs are provided in every room.

All the toilets in the room are tiled with ample ventilation. Features a shower closet, a washbasin and w/c.

Toilet paper, bath towels and all the other necessary linen and disposables would be provided by the house.

Ground floor has a common self catering kitchen and 3 semi detached ensuites [B1, B2 & B3] . Each of these ensuite have private entrance and a porch. There is also an outdoor garden shower to wash your sins !

The self catering kitchen is fully furnished with granite top working table, storage compartments and shelves. Gas stove , gas oven, cutlery and crockery and all the other basic necessities are provided giving you the total freedom to fix your grub whenever you feel like.

All this blessed with 1100 sq feet rooftop which gives a 360˚ angelic view. Hidden in the brow of coconut trees this place gives you a very unique view of the beautiful beach and backwaters form the same point - Divine! Roof-top also has a kitchen and dinning area from where our in-house chef serves all meals.


We cater pure-vegetarian and non-vegetarian food according to your need.
We serve authentic home cooked Kerala food.
We serve mostly sea-food since its the best and freshly available source of food in the vicinity.

Eco-commitment
Enticing and earthy eco-friendly terracotta clay bricks and tiles are used for the walls, floor, and celling of the beach house. Furniture in every room is made from coconut trees locally sourced. Ecological coir carpets doll up the stairways and Solar water heater is used to provide hot water in the toilets.
