Directions to Bintan Cabana Beach Resort

Bintan island is in Indonesia and easily accessible from Singapore by fast ferry. There is two gateways to reach our place: 1)Take ferry (Penguin, Wave Master, or Falcon) from Tanah Merah ferry terminal (Singapore) to Tanjung Pinang "Sri Bintan" ferry terminal (Bintan Island - Indonesia), we also organized land transfer between Tanjung Pinang and Bintan Cabana Beach Resort with additional cost. Usually takes one hour. 2) Take ferry (Bintan Resort Ferry) from Tanah Merah ferry terminal (Singapore) to Bintan Resort/BBT ferry terminal (Bintan Island - Indonesia), we also organized land transfer between BBT and Bintan Cabana Beach Resort with additional cost. Usually takes one hour. Our Policy: We are receptive to guests 24 hour a day, 7 days a week including holidays. However, we would need the guests to contact us 1 day before their arrival date so that we can ensure a fast check-in process. The Check- In time is at 3pm and (Please note) any early check-in is subject to room availability. We require the guests to notify us if they are going to be late. We require passport with ID for registration purpose. (Please note) The Check-Out time is 12pm daily and there is a penalty for late check outs. We understand our guests may travel in group and may wish to stay together. Hence please e-mail us before or after to confirm whether your needs can be arranged so that your plan will not be disrupted.
