A recently finished 4 lane highway (Dr Ida Bagus Mantra Highway) has opened up the east coast of Bali and ensured Komune Keramas is located; In-front of the world famous Keramas right hand reef break (10 seconds from beach Club to getting wet) Walking distance from KFCs, Carparks and Cucukan surf breaks 25 minute drive from the arts and cultural center of Bali, UBUD 25 minutes from Sanur shopping district and the surf breaks of Hyatt Reef, Sanur Reef, Tanjung Sari and Serangan

A requirement of Indonesian law to charge 21% Government Tax & Service. This is included in the Grand Total of Step 2 above when booking a room.\r\n\r\nAll bookings require a deposit of $150 which can be pre-authorised on credit card on arrival or paid by cash deposit on check in. \r\n\r\nReservations cancelled less than 30 - 15 days out from arrival date incur a loss of 50% of the booking cost.\r\n\r\nResrevations cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date will incur a loss of 100% of the booking cost.
