The Courthouse

Rebuilt and renovated in 2005 The Courthouse in Ballyhaunis is a traditional family run pub, restaurant and guesthouse. Located in Ballyhaunis, in the heart of Connaught The Courthouse is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Knock Airport or Ireland West Airport and is just a short 5 minute walk from the local train station- which is served by the Dublin-Westport train service.

Here at The Courthouse guests can choose from our range of 10 guest rooms. All guestrooms are non-smoking for your comfort and come equipped with a television, internal telephone and hospitality tray for your comfort. Other in room conveniences include a hairdryer and complimentary internet service in rooms and free WiFi internet access throughout the entire property.

Breakfast, in addition to lunch and dinner, is served in the lounge area- offering a range of quality bar food for guests to choose from- available throughout the day.

Naturally our close proximity to these popular spots means we are also close some of the region's most famous and popular attractions such as the shrine at Knock, the famous mountain pilgrimage location of Croagh Patrick and for those feeling energetic Lough Key Forest Park and Delphi outdoor adventure centre are also located nearby.
