Strandsend House aims to provide guests with a unique experience of the Iveragh Peninsula, and plenty of memories to take home with them.
Located just 2 miles from Cahersiveen, hosts Joan and Eamonn offer cosy accommodation, delicious home-cooked meals and a wealth of local information. Hill walking, golf, mountain climbing, fishing, horse riding and surfing are all available nearby.
Our tastefully decorated rooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, and we have a full range of facilities including parking, internet access, a TV lounge, a BBQ area and babysitting and laundry services. Our biggest attraction is The Skelligs, a rock out in the ocean where the monastic monks settled. It's a UNESCO World Heritage site! Water sports in Valentia: you can get the ferry from Cahersiveen. Walking Trails: Kerry Way. Loop Walk. There's organised walks in the area. Knock na Dobair is the 2nd largest mountain in Kerry - you can enjoy views of the mountain from our B&B.
