All are welcome at Hazel Grove, a beautifully designed family home nestled between two great fishing lakes Lough Corrib and Lough Mask. Your host Ann looks forward to greeting you and will do her best to meet your every need.
Awake after a tranquil night sleep to the panoramic views of Aghalahard Castle, Connemara and Maum Turk mountains. Hazel Grove, awarded 4 star by the Irish Tourist Board, offers excellent accommodation, our rooms are the height of comfort with en-suite bathrooms, television, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and wi-fi as well as a writing desk and a heated towel rail. Our family rooms are furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds while our double rooms are furnished with a double and a single bed. Other amenities include cots, iron & ironing boards, private car park and garage for bicycles.
Relax in the well-appointed guest lounge or sit out and enjoy the landscaped gardens and admire the surrounding area with its beautiful mixture of rolling green hills and limestone landscape.
A sumptuous breakfast menu, which is included in the rates, is served up each morning in the charming dining room, starting with continental items such as home baked bread, cereal and fresh fruit, and moving on to a selection of cooked breakfasts including the traditional full Irish breakfast.
Hazel Grove is perfectly located just 3 minutes' drive from the historic village of Cong home to Ashford Castle, Cong Abbey and the Quiet Man Museum and many of the films locations.
All the attractions of County Galway and Mayo are within easy reach by car including Connemara, Kylemore Abbey, Ballintubber Abbey, Knock Shrine, Museum of Country Life and Foxford Woollen Mills.
