Welcome to Aras Tara Bed and Breakfast, a large, detached pre-Victorian townhouse B&B in Cork's peaceful suburb of Blackrock. Cead Mile Failte from your hosts Liam and Regina await you on your arrival.
Situated on the banks of the River Lee and surrounded by a large garden, Aras Tara Bed and Breakfast enjoys a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We have single, double and twin guest bedrooms, all spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with en-suite shower rooms, television, tea/coffee-making facilities and free Wi-Fi access. We also have a comfortable lounge where guests can relax in front of the open fire.
Breakfast, served in our dining room each morning, offers a choice of juice, cereals, fruit followed by a traditional Irish, continental or vegetarian breakfast, and is included in the rates. We will happily prepare a picnic lunch for your day trip away.
Aras Tara Bed and Breakfast is located on the tree-lined castle road in Blackrock, a picturesque fishing village overlooking the River Lee. Just 3km from Cork city centre and 9km from Cork International Airport, we are ideally located for business or pleasure.
Explore the fascinating and varied Cork coastline or just hop on the bus, which stops outside our door, into Cork city centre where you can explore all the attractions and entertainment the city has to offer. Take a stroll to the nearby Blackrock Castle to take a look at its observatory.
