Our B&B offers a convenient city centre location which is the perfect starting point for a visit to cork. The bus is just a 2 min walk away, and the train a 4 min walk. There is also a superb breakfast included in the price.
Our courteous, friendly and helpful staff will be happy to assist you during your visit to our wonderful city.
The L.V. Bar is now open, where you can enjoy a coffee or even something stronger, and chat with the locals and beat the winter blues beside our real fire.
Our guesthouse has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. We also have a night porter which means that a staff member is on duty 24 hours per day. We are ideally situated for a city break and we make an excellent location for exploring the city.

On the same street as The 4*Gresham Metropole Hotel and Hotel Isaacs, award winning pubs and restaurants and The Everyman Palace theatre are also on our doorstep. Cork opera house is a leisurely 10 minute stroll.
We offer spacious single and double rooms; we also have a small number of family rooms. All our rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerator and television.
We offer an excellent personal service and great value for money. All of our rates include our excellent breakfast, which includes our own fresh baked scones. We serve breakfast daily and we also cater for vegetarians with a meat free alternative available. At weekends breakfast is served until 11.00 am and until 10.00 am midweek. Extra early breakfast is available by request.
We also have free WiFi internet access through out, and a PC in House for the complimentary use by our guests. We do not have exclusive parking but we are able to suggest Kent Railway station, adjacent to ourselves, at a rate of €7.00 for 24 hours.

The room smelled really badly. There was a wet bath towel in the bathroom which had obviously been used. The bathroom stunk when we first walked...
