Botanic View B&B is a cosy property located in a quiet residential area to the north of Dublin city centre.
Our newly renovated house boasts homely, rooms with televisions, wireless internet access, hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities. Most are equipped with en-suite bathrooms.
A full Irish or continental breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:30; vegetarian options are available if required. Tea and coffee is on offer at all times, and we are within walking distance of numerous pubs and restaurants, catering to all tastes and budgets.
We are situated just a 15-minute taxi ride from Dublin Airport and a 25-minute walk (or a short bus ride) from O'Connell Street in the city centre.
All of the rooms are non-smoking, although smoking areas are available outside. We also have parking facilities for guests.
