The award-winning Seaview Guesthouse is situated on Waterford's Gold Coast, and is ideal for exploring the treasures of the West Waterford Countryside. Hosts Nora and Mealla look forward to welcoming you and making sure your stay is enjoyable and memorable.
Enjoying spectacular views over Dungarvan Bay and the beautiful Comeragh Mountains, Seaview Guesthouse offers luxury bed and breakfast accommodation in 8 large and bright guest rooms. We have double and triple rooms set over two floors, all with en-suite bathrooms, televisions, wireless internet access and hospitality trays. Comfortable beds ensure a great night's sleep. Children's beds or cots can be provided.
Breakfast at Seaview Guesthouse is served in our sunny breakfast room, overlooking the bay. Perfect for getting your day off to a great start, we offer a selection of cereals, yoghurt and fruit to accompany a main dish chosen from our delicious menu. Breakfast is served with our homemade brown bread and freshly brewed tea and coffee.
Guests can unwind after a long day's exploring in one of our two cosy lounges, or enjoy some fresh air and unbeatable views from our attractive landscaped gardens.
Seaview Guesthouse gives you the chance to discover everything Waterford's Gold Coast has to offer; stroll down miles of uncrowded beaches, admire the beauty of the Comeragh and Knockmealdown Mountains, play a round of golf at one of the courses located nearby, try your hand at watersports or learn about Irish history at the heritage town of Lismore. In the evening, you can tuck into some local food and enjoy some traditional music at The Marine Bar or An Seanachai Pub & Restaurant, both within walking distance of Seaview Guesthouse.
