Pat & Helena Hanlon welcome you to their family run bed and breakfast- the Clochard B&B, located in the city's Latin Quarter just a ten minute walk from the city centre. Located in Spire Gardens the property enjoys a location which was originally part of the O'Hara of Lenaboy estate.
Here at Clochard B&B all guestrooms are ensuite and come equipped with a television, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served from the selection on offer in a large menu.
Attractions nearby include High Street and Quay Street both within walking distance of the B&B. Quay street has more recently become famous and popular for offering a range of restaurants and bars offering traditional Irish music. We are also located near the university and hospital as well as being just a fifteen minute walk from the beach.
