I cancelled my booking more than 48hrs in advance. I cancelled through bnb. I left message with Booking.com but obviously no one read it and its impossible to contact you otherwise.

There was no hot water when we arrived during daytime. However, a quick shower was ok with relatively warm water. Other than that the host & hostess were lovely and very friendly plus the family dog!
