We were greeted by Wendy, a warm and very pleasant girl. We had a pleasant stay but as this is an old house you can hear every footstep from the rooms above, the location was perfect as it is airwaves in the very heart of Kilkenny, however finding breakfast was a hassel as we assumed dining was onsite and were given no indication to the contrary prior to booking, the food was however to a very high standard in the design centre. Lovely sunken bath in our room, comfy bed but not the views I was expecting.

Absolutely excellent B&B, very clean, staff were fantastic, great location. 5 stars, Ill be booking again shortly!
