Welcome to Gleann Fia Country House, a luxurious, family-run B&B located just outside Killarney.
Our house enjoys a peaceful and idyllic setting on the edge of a wooded valley known locally as the Fairy Glen.
Our spacious guest rooms are tastefully decorated with antique furniture and offer en-suite bathrooms, wireless internet access, telephones, colour TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. Doubles, twins and family rooms are available, all overlooking our beautiful natural surroundings.
A tasty complimentary breakfast can be enjoyed in the conservatory or by the warmth of a glowing fireside. Here at Gleann Fia we aim to cater to all tastes, with dishes ranging from a full Irish breakfast to a platter of cheese and fresh fruit, all accompanied by freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly ground coffee and cereal, bread and home made preserves.
Relax in the evenings with a drink from our bar; curl up with a book from our library next to the peat fire, or plan your next day's activities .
We are situated just a mile from the lively pubs, shops and restaurants of Killarney town centre, where you can listen to traditional music, sample local cuisine and pick up some souvenirs of your stay.
Visitors can try their hand at a wide range of activities including fishing, horse riding, cycling, climbing and walking, all surrounded by the stunning mountain and lake scenery of Killarney National Park. Gleann Fia is also lucky enough to be close to no less than 7 championship golf courses.
We offer free overnight guest car parking.
