A warm Irish welcome awaits you at Hollymount House. Perched on a mountainside, amid lush woodlands, in a quiet and tranquil setting, Hollymount is my little piece of Heaven, I wish to share with you. We are overlooking the beautiful heritage town of Cahir, with the castle standing proudly on the river Suir, which is the centre of excellence for Brown Trout fishing. A leisurely walk by the river, through the woods, will take you down to the famous Swiss Cottage. Cahir also has a wonderful golf course, Mitchelstown caves, a few klms. on the old Cork road, and many Mountains for the Hill walker to climb.
Cahir is at the crossroads of Munster, which makes it the ideal place to use as your touring base. We are 2 klms from the town centre. Come, relax and enjoy coffee in our garden, taking in the beautiful panoramic landscape for miles and miles. Let life's cares pass you by.
