The Pilgrims Rest

Welcome to Pilgrim's Rest B&B- conveniently located just 20 minutes from both Dungarvan and Clonmel, adjacent to Mount Melleray Abbey. Pilgrim's Rest is a family run country house, in the heart of the Co Waterford country side surrounded by mountain views and close to the Blackwater River- ideal for fishing and considered a local angler's paradise.

Here at the Pilgrim's Rest we offer a range of guestrooms all offering ensuite facilities, colour television and direct dial telephone. Other facilities in the proerty include a 24 hour tea/coffee bar and wireless internet access is also on offer.

Breakfast is served each morning upon request at an additional charge of €10 per guest.
Our restaurant is open to both the public and residents and is licenced to serve wine, beer & spirits. We also offer a four course dinner for an additional €20 per person in our restaurant- with last orders at 9.30pm daily.

The Heritage town of Lismore- with its famous castle and gardens are jsut a 10 minute drive from the Pilgrim's Rest.
Walking trails are on offer close by including the Glenshelane river walk and the Vee Drive with its views of the Comeragh Mountains.
The Waterford Crystal glass plant is also located near by.
