Our B&B is tucked between the bay and Croagh Patrick Mountain, known locally as 'The Reek'. The conical shaped mountain standing high above the bay acts as a natural homing beacon to visitors for miles around.
The house looks out onto 'Cockle Strand' a tidal bay harbouring a few boats along with ducks, herons and the odd otter can be seen if you're lucky.
Bertra a blue flag beach is directly across the road !

Danu Croagh Patrick Bed and Breakfast is a no smoking B and B but we do have an outside partly covered deck area for smokers. As we only have 2 double rooms Danu is not really suitable for small children. We can cater for babies under l year as we do have a travel cot.
