This very cosy, fully self-contained roof top open plan studio flat is ideal for a couple. It is found on the 4th & last fl. of a small block. There is no lift. It is located in a central, tranquil residential area in Via Marongiu. Street parking is easily found. It is a 15 min walk to the sea (rocky beach) and 700 meters from the Lungomare Valencia & 900 meters from the Old Town. The sandy beach is easily reached by bus & the bus stop is round the corner from the flat. All the amenities are at hand, shops, tobacconist, super market, restaurants, take-aways, pubs etc.
It is smartly furnished & has air conditioning. It is made-up of a fully fitted kitchenette, living/dining area with a comfortable, new double pull out couch. (a baby cot is available on request). The bathroom has a shower & a washing machine, there is also a storage cupboard for the beach equipment. The quaint terrace is well furnished for out-door relaxation.
The price is an all inclusive price meaning that we provide all bed/bath linen, beach towels, end stay cleaning plus the added factor that the airport pick-up & drop off is also included in the price for only bookings of a 7 night stay.
Euro 100.00 surety deposit (in case of damages) is requested by the proprietor when the keys are handed to you.
