The property is situated just 1 km from Assisi in the countryside between Santa Maria degli Angeli and Assisi. It is a private house and the rooms are located on the first floor. We have 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom and another double ensuite. Rooms are classic and cozy. Very comfortable, clean and discrete environment.
Very quiet area, you can enjoy the beautiful view and walk easily to town, it is an ideal solution for those who wants to relax and enjoy the nature. There is a large garden in front of the house and in the summer season you can chill outside. Because of its position Assisi is the perfect point in order to explore all the surrounding Umbrian area.
The owners just live in the house beside and will be at your disposal at anytime.

Located in the countryside just below Assisi hill, 1 km from Assisi, 500 metres from Santa Maria degli Angeli, 19 km from Perugia, 40 km from Spoleto. Perugia is only 20 minutes away and just a little further are Montefalco (home of Sagrantino wine) and Spello. Deruta (famous for ceramics), Gubbio, fabulous Todi and Cortona are also less than an hour away. Close by foot or by car to shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bus stop. From Assisi you can easily reach all the most important locations in Umbria by car and by train. The owner will be delighted on assisting you and giving suggestions on how to travel in Umbria.
