Belvedere Apartments are located in a renovated palace on Mattarella Avenue in central Castellammare del Golfo.
These beautifully-furnished apartments are the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. Each includes an independent entrance, a fully-equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, safe-deposit box, and colour TV. The apartments are a delightful blend of hand-worked ceramics, handmade draperies, vintage furniture and original paintings.
We have four apartments available:
BELVEDERE
This panoramic apartment is situated on the second floor. It contains a large bedroom with either a large bed or 2-3 single beds, a balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen with a wonderful view of the sea.
LA MARINA
This panoramic apartment has sea view and is also on the second floor. Suitable for up to 5 people, its two bedrooms contain either double beds or 2-3 single beds, according to your needs. The balcony overlooks Mattarella Avenue.
LA VILLA
This first-floor apartment has a bedroom featuring either a double bed or 2-3 single beds, according to your needs. The balcony overlooks Mattarella Avenue.
4CANTI
This first-floor apartment would suit up to 5 people. It has two double bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking Mattarella Avenue. A third balcony leads out to La Chiusa.
The apartments are only a few steps from the highlights of Castellammare del Golfo, from restaurants and coffee bar, monuments and from Cala Petrolo a beach in the downtown.
At only 35km from Palermo Airport and 45km from Trapani Birgi Airport, you can quickly and easily arrive in our beautiful city from anywhere in the world.
Bed linen, towels and consumptions (electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, etc) are included. To pay extra only the final cleaning (obligatory).
Final cleaning fare:
'Belvedere Apartment' and 'La Villa Apartment' €45;
'4CANTI' and 'La Marina': €60.
