If you are flying we suggest you Pisa airport since is well connect to all europe with all the lowcost company expecially with Ryanair (www.ryanair.com) and it's easy to came to Cinque Terre 1 hour by car and 45 minutes by train that you can take from the airport. For the people that travel by plane we suggest you to use PISA airport since is 45 minutes by TRAIN (that you can also get from the airport) and 1hour by car From La Spezia only 7 minutes by train. From the train station, only 5 minutes walking. We are in Via Colombo 154, one of the biggest streets, so it's not difficult to find us!!
