The apartment is 50 squared meters,wooden beam ceilings in every room.
Livingroom with double bedsofa and TV color.Double bedroom with view on an inner characteristic patio, good forniture ( hand made wardrobe by a craftmans from Arezzo).

Little kitchen with fridge,dishwasher,oven,american coffee machine, 4-fires cooking angle.
Bathroom with bath,basin,bidet and WC.

The apartment is located in San Martino alla Palma, on south western hills of Florence (10km of distance from the historical center).
In this small and characteristic village there are the aforesaid Romanesque Church, (300m), a grocery-bar (50 m), Post office (300 m), Restaurant-Pizzeria (100 m), optimal Butcher shop (100m).
The center of Scandicci with swimming pools, banks, supermarkets, tennisfields , restaurants etc.is located at 3 km distance.(From Scandicci there are comfortable direct connections to the center of Florence and possibility of free parking more or less everywhere).
