Our B & B family, is composed of 4 rooms and a suite on the top floor of an historic building in the central area of Florence.
The street where it is located is an elegant tree-lined street with historic buildings, shops, restaurants and an art cinema. We are also located just steps from the historic center with its most famous monuments: the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, Santa Croce.
Amenities in the rooms: Free wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning, mini-bar, private bathroom, hair dryer, TV.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days; late cancellations and no shows will be charged the amount of the first night
Payments Types Accepted upon Arrival: Credit Cards (except American Express) and cash,
Check In: 8.30am to 14.00pm and from 20.30pm to 24.00am
Check Out: 11.00am
For tax is the fee for non-residents of 2 euros per person per day.
By plane: From 'A. Vespucci' you can reach 'The Magnificent Living' by taxi (cost about 20A, ¬) or using the public transport service 'Fly Bus' (cost 6A, ¬ ) to reach the station of Santa Maria Novella and go from there ¬ with lines 1 or 7. By train: With the lines 1 and 7 of the urban service you can easily reach from the Santa Maria Novella train station to our B & B and get off at 'Liberty-Mazzoni'
