Holiday home 'Casale Agriletizia' is very close to the beautiful Lago dell' Accesa (3km), surrounded by hills, woods and fields and in the midst of unspoilt countryside.

The land around Casale Agriletizia is completely fenced in. The outside area comprises: swimming pool 14 x 7m, small children's play area, barbeque, garden with garden furniture, parking, shared washing machine (extra fee).Wi-fi connection is available in the common areas outside.

A path leading directly from the grounds takes you along a pretty route to cool off near the delightful little waterfalls (400m).

Casale Agriletizia is deep in the heart of the Maremma countryside in Tuscany. The nearest village is Valpiana (6km), with a small grocer's, a church, a post office, a chemist's, a bar/ice cream shop, a pizzeria and a restaurant. There is a bar/restaurant 2.5 km away (La Pesta). The town of Massa Marittima with its cathedral, historic quarter and many shops, restaurants and cultural events, is 10km away. The Gulf of Follonica, with its sandy beaches, is only 20km from Agriletizia.
