an apartment with independent entrance, bathroom, living space with double beds and 2 comfortable sofa beds, facing the garden with sculptures that invites you to relax in cultural holidays at a seaside all the year. Laura and Mauro Corbani, the owners, have furnished the interior and the outside with original art works. The artist Mauro works in his studio facing the garden too and the guests can visit him and watch at him while he is working and it is possible to participate in an intaglio etchings workshop at his print studio . There are many free parking near the house. You are 10 minutes drive to the beaches. There are Etruscan sites and museums to visit in Scarlino and neighbouring villages.
 

Located Near

The house is in the old centre of Scarlino, a village situated on a hill facing the sea of the Tuscan Maremma, an area rich in history and Etruscan sites, natural and artistic beauties. A few kilometers from the center is the Etruscan Marina harbour. You can park only few minutes from the house. The beaches are a 10 min drive. Walking and mountain biking are possible in the woods around the country.
