The house, recently restored, is an ancient building of the XV century, located just in the middle of the small medieval village of Cerri. Cerri stands in the immediate hills of Lerici and is only 2km away from its centre and the beaches.
From Lerici, by see, it\'s easy to reach Tellaro, Portovenere and Cinqueterre, thanks to an excellent boats service available for whole day or afternoon trips.

We are located in Cerri, one of the four suggestive medieval villages (Cerri, Trebiano, La Serra e Montemarcello) which surround Lerici and its wonderful seaside. In recent years Cerri has seen much renovation but still retains amongst its alleyways all the charm of the typical architecture of the ligurian villages, expressed in the colours and stones of the house frontages. Situated in the Parco Naturale of Montemarcello-Magra, Cerri enjoys an enchanting panorama, from the Apuane Alps to the river Magra, and the seaside of Versilia and Lerici.
