By plane From Milan's Linate airport, take bus 73 and get off at San Babila. From there, take line 1 (red) subway heading towards Sesto and get off at the fourth stop, Loreto. Follow the signs to Piazza Argentina. Exit in Piazza Argentina and 20 meters away there is via Paganini. You have arrived, Hotel Dore' is at n. 7. From Milan Malpensa take the Malpensa Express to Cadorna. From there, take line 1 (red) subway heading towards Sesto FS and get off at the second stop, Loreto.
