For rentals from one week deposit of 200 Euros.
For rentals longer than a week bedding and towels will be changed weekly and the contribution for cleaning is 35 euros per week

The area is served by shops and supermarkets. Not much to see in the sorroundings but in few minutes you can reach the top list monuments of the city thanks to the metro whicis just few steps away from the building.
