The bed and breakfast gives for the stay in Naples 5 double rooms with bathroom, all the rooms are silent and fitted out tastefully and care, among which 3 also present a kitchen area.


The rooms have a sight in the orchard of the Villa, that assures a pleasant rest. Besides in rooms, there is also an availability of two holidayhomes equipped with kitchen area, they can be reserved for a stay in Naples of a weekend, of week or more.

In all the rooms there's lnternet wifi and adsl.

The b&b Naples Residenza le Rose is also a villa of art which welcomes permanent exhibitions of artists' works. The rooms of b&b and of our houses holidays are fitted out with images and works which give a touch of elegance and beauty in more.

The Guesthouse Residenza le Rose is located on the beautiful and enchanting hill of Posillipo both known and praised. A stone's throw from the island of Nisida from Marechiaro and archaeological parks nearby.
The b&b Naples Residenza Rose is an exceptional villa of art dedicated to the bed and breakfast, it's situated to Posillipo, a suggestive cape which settles between Gulf in Naples and Gulf of Pozzuoli.
Residenza le Rose represents the ideal solution to sleep in Naples, city of art, in a touristic zone of bathing and archaeological interest.
Our bed and breakfast indeed, is in nearness of the main centres of historic and cultural interest of Naples and close to ports.
In two steps of b&b Residenza Rose we can visit the Park submerged of Gaiola, the Archaeological Park of Pausyllipon and the Cave of Seiano.
In 5 minutes of Residenza le Rose, we find the Park Virgiliano, which is panoramic with its unique and magnificent points of view on the gulfs, the volcano Vesuvio, the peninsula Sorrentine, the island of Capri, the Cape Miseno and the islands of Procida and Ischia.
During your stay in our Guesthouse, we advise to envisage excursions in the regional park of Phlegrean Fields: with the volcano of Solfatare, Pozzuoli with the amphitheatre, the Lake of Averno, Cuma with his famous Acropolis and the Cave of the Sibilla.
A few minutes by car or bus from Pozzuoli with the scenic road along the sea and can enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Pozzuoli.
Residenza le Rose is near the historic center of Naples (the National Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Reale, Piazza Plebiscito etc.), even leaving the car and using public transport that are few meters from our Art Villa.
Descending via Posillipo cross a scenic road that leads to the famous promenade of Via Caracciolo, where to walk and "enjoy" the most famous image in the world with the volcano Vesuvius in the background!
