Open all year, our B&B is located in the heart of historic Palermo, just 20m from the 4 Canti; this allows you to visit the main monuments of the towns on foot.
We're a 15-minute walk from the beautiful coast of Palermo, between sea and cliff, with a green lawn where you can relax.
The non-smoking rooms are very quiet, furnished and equipped with TV, air conditioning (extra charge), ceiling fan, bathroom/shower inside or outside and a shared bath. Room cleaning is done every day and there is a terrace/solarium with shower for our guests.
The 'Twin Private Shared Bathroom' is a room with two bunk beds and a shared bath. The 'family room' is two separate rooms with one private bath outside the room.
Start your day with a typical Italian breakfast buffet - and for those who want, we have free lessons of muscle warm and oriental dance on the terrace from 10:00 to 12:00. Guests are welcome to use the refrigerator in our kitchen.
Upon your arrival we will provide a map of local towns. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the premises. Our facilities include fax/printer, hairdryer (on request), cots (free on request) and luggage storage after check-out.
Your hosts, Fabrizio and Ramona, are at your disposal for all information and will be pleased to advise you on tours of the town, where to eat a good pizza or a good cake and ice cream, or affordable Sicilian taverns.

Things To Note
We have a 72hr cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made by email or fax; we do not accept changes by phone. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged. Payment is due in full upon arrival. Please advise us ahead of time about your expected arrival time. When you arrive we will give you information about parking, if you have a car. Private paid parking is €15 per day and is five minutes from the B&B; you can also park in the square just 50m away. Check-in: 1500 to 2400. Check-in after midnight is available for a small fee of €5. Check-out: 1000.
