The Bed and Breakfast, is steps away from the sea and enjoys fantastic views due to its location on the a great Gulf cove. A central and sandy beach, which continues along with a rocky coast, is also closeby.
The villa, on two floors, is located in the marine natural reserve of Isola delle Femmine, on the waterfront zone 'Tower'.
On the upper floor, the villa features two double bedrooms with a shared terrace facing the sea, simply furnished but functional rooms with air conditioning and Internet connection.
Each room has its own adjoining bathroom, one with bathtub and the other with a shower, both well equipped and with hairdryers. The house, surrounded by a garden and is perfect solution for sea lovers.
Isola is a seaside village just outside Palermo (15 min. by car), visted all year for the authentic cuisine of its restaurants (fresh fish) and the delicious cakes and ice cream.

Our location is a villa in a residential area close to the 'Island' a typical islet near the shore. The villa is a 1970 style building and have a big garden around, lounge and breakfast area. We are 20 meters close to the sea, in front of the reef side, the beach is near 10 minute on foots and we can bring you there with our VAN without extras costs. FREE BICYCLES for our guests.
