Klimt is a two room apartment for 4 people, located 200 meters walk from the Teatro Massimo, in a suggestive and fascinating area of the historic centre, where you can admire the National Archaeological Museum, the baroque church of S. Ignatius all'Olivella, the laboratory and Puppet theater, and a lot of little shops and traditional restaurants.
In Klimt apartment you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed, and a bedroom with a double bed , 1 bathroom with shower, refrigerator top, Microwave, Air conditioning, hairdryer, TV and internet connection wifi high speed.
We only accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights
Please note we have a 3-day cancellation policy
Rates include breakfast items, bed and bath linens, households, WiFi internet connection high speed.
Klimt can be bookes on line only for a 2-perosn capacity we however can arrnage upon request a 3rd extra bed and even a 4th extra bed (third bed costs is 20€ per night, a 4th one costs 10€)
The final cleaning fee is 10 €.
The 90% remaining amount will be paid upon arrival in cash, together with a security deposit of 100,00 € that will be returned upon departure, when you'll hand in the keys
Call me or send me an email a few days before your arrival to arrange your arrival time and the delivery of the keys, since we are not an hotel and have no reception (we therefore recommend that you advise about any changes to your arrival time)
Casa Laure is located near Olivella Square, at only 200 meters from Massimo Theater, in a safe area in the heart of the town, that by night is pleasantly animated by typical restaurants and pubs. Casa Laure is ideal to visit the city on foot, given its proximity to major monuments, places of interest and enjoyment.From Casa Laure is easy to reach the main streets of the city: Via Roma and Via Maqueda, as well as walking in the local markets of Capo, Vucciria, where you'll breathe the real essence and flavour of Sicily.
