The apartment is located on the ground floor of an old palace in an amazing narrow street of the old city. It consists of a large living room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. The house is very elegant and old furnished, the ceilings are vaulted and there are some frescoes in one bedroom, pictures and originally painted doors. There is an equipped kitchen with electric cookers and oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, a washing machine and internet access available. The guests bedrooms are very large and comfortable, one of the room has an internal private bath and a wardrobe

The location of the house is very central, it is close to bars restaurants, shops, and the main "Piazza" were people - esepecially young students - meet every time of the day. Perugia offers many events, all year round: from the famous Umbria Jazz Festival in July, and the Eurochocolate event in October, to music concerts, cultural meetings, exhibitions and fairs inside the underground town, the Rocca Paolina.
