The independent apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed of a large double room with a double bed and two single beds, a bathroom and a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa- bed and SAT TV.
Le Terrazze opens out to the garden where there is an arcade, a playground area for children and a barbecue area for eating outside or for relaxing. Car-parking inside the estate. At guest�s disposal bikes with which you can cicle through the woodlands.
You can stay in a double room with a private bathroom and with independent entrance too.
The way from the highway E45 to our home. KM 0,0 Those who arrive from Roma or Florence, have to follow the indications to Cesena and leave the highway when you see the road sign ÂÂÂ"exit to Ponte FelcinoÂÂÂ" Pass through the highwayÂÂÂ's overpass, following the indication to Ponte Felcino.Those who arrive from Cesena, have to leave the highway at the road sign ÂÂÂ"Ponte FelcinoÂÂÂ" (before Perugia). Turn right at the road sign Ponte Felcino. Go always straight on along the road(a lane with a row of trees on both sides). After a bend, cross the bridge over the River Tevere. Go straight on along the main road and pass under 3 bridges one of which is made of iron. On your left you will see an IP gas station. On your left you will see the seat of the GESENU Company, while on the right the offices of the same company. Surpass the road sign ÂÂÂ"Ponte RioÂÂÂ". Before the steep slope to Perugia, turn right following the indication SC San Marino. After arround 15 meters, at the ÂÂÂ"stopÂÂÂ" sign, go straight (be careful!! Dont turn right). On your left you will find the road sign showing the way to SC San Marino). Go straight on following the main road for about 1,5Km. After a sharp curve, the road starts to climb up. At the cross-roads, turn right for ÂÂÂ"Via Amerigo FelizianiÂÂÂ". Surpass the road sign ÂÂÂ"S.MarinoÂÂÂ" and keep going straight. After running along about 500 meters, just after the curve and before the road sign ÂÂÂ"End of S.MarinoÂÂÂ", turn left when you see a green gate. You have arrived at n°26, the B&B LE TERRAZZE.
