23 Bed & Breakfast

There are 3 rooms available in the b&b and an indipendent flatlet. Our rooms have all a floral name whose meaning, in the floriography, express its personality: Magnolia, Red Rose, Wisteria, White Orchid.

All 4 rooms are with two bed but are available for additional bed. Rooms are all cozy, comfortable and bright. They have large windows and are setup with natural and fine material as wood, tadelakt and glass and they are well equipped with inspiration adding both old and ethnic furniture.

The restroom is with shower and it is built inside the room. Hairdresser is available as well as bath towels. All rooms are with air conditioning and wi-fi or cabled free connection.
We offer our breakfast with bio-local food mainly: the typical Tuscan white bread where to spread local jam or honey and furthermore homemade cakes.

During the day and the evening, the living room is available also for reading, writing, play chess or listening to some music. In this room TV is banned to free up for opportunity to chat with us or with other guests on anything you want or you need to know.
Here there will always be something available for your snack as a tea, a herbal infusion, a coffee or some season fruits and cookie.

Right in the downtown of Pisa, the b&b is located in the renovated Vittorio Emanuele II square on top of the main shopping street of Pisa. We are in the historical quarter of S. Antonio, in the pedestrian area but right in front of an underground parking lot and walking distance from the train and bus station and 5 min by car from the Pisa airport.
