Our apartment is beautifully renovated with roof exposed wooden beams and bricks (typical of places) is the first floor with private garden access in the residential quarter of San Piero a Grado.
The garden has a beautiful large gazebo where you can spend some time relaxing or preparing some dinner using the outdoor barbecue available. The decor is great attention to detail and carefully designed for each environment.
It's equipped with all amenities, including 42 'LCD TV, microwave, kettle, oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, massage shower, whirlpool bath etc.. The apartment of 100 square meters, consists of kitchen with island (gas stove), spacious living room and a living area for a total of 50 square meters.
The sleeping area consists of a large double room that can accommodate an extra single bed and a room with a sofa bed for two people plus a single bed. The toilet has finally has both a shower and a bath tub.

The close proximity to the coast, it also as a holiday sea tourist destination because the sea is just 8 km from the seaside resort of Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia. An easy soluction for visit the major centers of interest such as Lucca (20km, 15min) , Cinque Terre (80 km, 70 min), Florence (70 km, 50 min) San Gimignano (70 km, 70 min), Siena (150km, 110 min)
