Our bedrooms, from which you can admire the beautiful landscapes of the river, have brand-new furniture a wide balcony and heatings as well as lcd screen televisions and free internet use. Also, we provide you of a kitchen, two bathrooms and comfortable common living room where you will be able to taste a healthy and rich italian breakfast and the pleasure of the relaxing living room.
Our B&B was born in a prestigious apartment of an old palace on the Lungarno of Pisa, composed of a few apartments and quiet tenants. The house rules are, therefore, neither more nor less than to allow a peaceful and civilized "coexistence" between the customers of the b & b and the other residents of the building.
The return home is permitted at any time since the guests are at home, and on arrival guests will receive the keys of the house. Of course they will to give it back to Us at the end of their stay, and if lose they will have to pay the cost of the new lock. But these are the normal rules, which do not affect the privilege of having you as guests.
No pets, please. Yes, we also have a smoking area.

Close to the palace of Congresses, within ten minutes you will be able to reach the marvelous art places and monuments of the city, as well as the train and bus station, the universities and the main shopping points. At the same time, by bus (we have a bus stop by the house) you will reach the airport and the hospital in a few minutes.
