I stayed there after an Easter break so the B&B was not overcrowded. Good location if you want to stay in Vatican area not overcrowded by tourists. Very nice owners help you not to get lost in Rome. The area is quite, a lot of supermarkets around and a nice market where you can easily find good food for low price. The B&B is very clean, good breakfast, comparing to other Roman hostels, tea and cofee are available at any moment of the day :) The only thing ia a bit squeaky doors and if you plan to cook by yourself the kitchen is not very well equiped with pots and pans. Overall the B&B is great in this price category and I strongly recommend it for calm holidays.
